I've had several alarm companies for multiple homes and this is by far the worst company I've dealt with It started with them setting up our alarm system in convoluted way with exposed wire and sloppy craftsmanship We had the alarm for years with multiple inadvertent alarm triggers that lasted several minutes and I can't recall a single monitoring call When you call to test the system they give you someone else to call, i.e., no customer service Also watch out of the terms of their contract They have an automatic annual renewal and if you don't give notice of cancellation, you are stuck
