While not a customer, I requested a quote from a number of businesses Not only did Affordable call me back, but they walked me through diagnosing the problem with my system (something the company I had been working with wanted to charge an $service fee for) and then indicated what I needed to do to fix the system When I asked about coming by their place to purchase parts, they even directed me to another business that was closer and more convenient for me This was a very positive experience and, as such, if and when I need this kind of service (or if others need it), I would approach Affordable for such work
