Want a refund of unused days due to death.My mother passed away Dec.1,2015 at Affordable Senior Care. She had only used 3 days of the months payment of $2000.00. The payment was from personnel account not [redacted] money. We feel a refund is only fair due to situation. We have contacted the manager and owner asking for refund. We have gotten the run a round from everyone we have spoken to. We don't know anything else to do but contact you and hope you can help.
