[redacted] asked for $1,500and told his father that the crew would return the next day.No one ever returnedFirst project (and I have a signed contract) was to level a floor(den)in back of house to pass [redacted] - and all work to be done to satisfactionof Mr. [redacted]. The floor was not and is not levelBreakfast room - had a heat/air conditioning vent in the floor. The crewput a wood flooring over the vent - although the vent was visible, anda floor covering would have to be installedCarpet installation was done by another company and they, of course,could see no vent, and installed carpet over the only vent in the roomThe carpet had to be cut around from the vent later, and this resultedin an unsightly and unsatisfactory appearance in the breakfast roomCarpet should be replaced in entire roomRemoval of old baseboard heating panels required new molding and "holes"to be filled in.
