Affordable Plumbing came out to find out what was wrong with furnace/Air conditioner on 8-5- In diagnostic...Technician...blew out control board...as indicated on invoice Then Technician said furnace wasn't worth fixing...as indicated on invoice Inflated bid of $to fix issue caused by technician...plus existing issue of fan motor

Hello, Thank you for bringing this to our attention, this matter is very concerning to usWe look forward to getting this issue resolved as quickly as possibleSo far we have made an effort to look into the invoice, spoke to our technician and was unsuccessful at making contact with the customer but did leave a voicemailWe will continue to make effort to resolve this issue in a way that satisfies both partiesAfter speaking with the technician and looking into the invoice we feel that the technician did everything in his power to offer an affordable solution to repair the furnace before offering to replace the furnaceThe technician made the customer aware of the charges before performing the work, after the work was performed the customer signed and paid the invoiceIt is concerning that we are just now receiving a complaint close to six moths after the work has been doneWe are awaiting a response from the customer to resolve this issue We have now set a policy for the technicians to contact a supervisor to aid in resolving these issues during the time of service Thank you for the opportunity to resolve this issue and improve our service to the community Austin B***, General Manager Affordable Services 719-235-

I am rejecting this response because:Never at anytime...I/We received a voice mail..if Affordable plumbing and heating did call...they didn't leave a message...the info and letter that was sent ups, 2nd day air signed by JD...was never acknowledged...further more in my initial statement sent to the Revdex.com...Due to my error...I didn' mention we were charged $x 2...when on the phone setting up time...we were told the charge was $75.00...The technician in performing his diagnostic...blew circut board as indicated...in Invoice..we paid.....I have all receipts...letter and documents...that were sent... Have used them a few times for plumbing servicesEach time they are incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and honestCompared to companies I used before them for quotes, they took the time to thoroughly diagnose issues and offer solutions that fixed problems the first time and for much cheaper than other "solutions" quoted to meWill be using them exclusively for all work done in my home
