Review: Workperson failed to complete job, left appliance not in good working order. Failed to return phone calls. Failed to honor 90 day guarantee of service. Finishing the repair with another company cost significant additional money.Desired Settlement: Refund cost of second appointment from a separate company that was necessary to complete what Affordable Services did not complete: $300.

In a conversation was a customer today may 12/2014 she indicated that she called a different company

Unfortunately the other company replaced the fan motor this is totally different from what we did three days earlier

When revisit a customer to do the original repair the fan motor was working fine otherwise we'll replace it at this time.

the Customer have problem associate withe the temp controller not shutting off the compressor wham the temperature is below 32 degree this is why the refrigerator is ice up in the back wall I replace the temp controller and acid cleaning the condenser cool.

The customer leave on voice mail well I was on vacation that I indicate the customer after the repair was done .

I never that another call when we re open request Service accepted one voicemail that complain that the temperature is not even .

It is the customer decision to choose different company to do the second repair that is not part of the original repair totally different part I we guarantee our repair only not the whole unit especially 25 years old refrigerator.
