Contacted them on 6-13-had a faucet in the front of the home leaking and ac wasn't workingThey had my # and were to call if any issuesNo repair without giving me a estimate They took it apon themselves to replace the faucet at the back of the house as well There was nothing wrong with this faucet*** couldn't show proof that is was leaking I have been using it to water garden with no leaks The air stopped cooling and the guys left a large dirt spot on my carpet I called ***, (after several tries of calling and no call backs) I then talked with Shawn and told him the situation, he said he would talk to *** and have him call I had to always call, so once I was able to talk with *** he said that the guys didn't leave the dirt spot and misunderstood about the estimate Bologna....what business doesn't give estimates or call when I specifically asked for it I told *** I would pay for the services that I asked for and nothing more, he said he would send a revised
