Absolutely TERRIBLE Business and experience with Affordable Sewer and DrainThe Owner charged me $224.95, which I paid to take care of a second floor toilet overflow that seeped down into my basementThe owner stated in his Invoice that I had a toilet clogAfter making my payment and before he left, I noticed I still had the same problemThe owner told me my walls and ceilings in both bathrooms had to be torn down including my entire kitchen pantry and shelvesHe suggested I call my insurance company to file a claimAfter he realized a claim had been started, he had his brother and son to show up the next dayPer the owner's instructions to them, not only did they destroy my bathrooms and kitchen pantry, but they also did not cover any of my room entrances which resulted in thick dust and debris to travel t

Asked to have my sewer cleared He claimed it wouldn't work Tried from 4:20pm to 6:30pm Wouldn't warrant his work either Said we had to have our basement floor torn up and replace inside plumbing drain This was a Thursday The following Tuesday we had another plumber do the entire process again It worked They said our floor drain didnt need to be torn up I asked that Affordable refund only $of the original $he charged me He said get a camera of the entire system and if it didnt show any blockage he would refund my $175.oo To get this donw would be an added charge I think he was after added fees anyway During his visit he said to look for blockage or backup coverage on my homeowners insurance The coverage is up to $5,aftter $1,deductible He said only to let him talk to my insurer, not to call myself And not to mention anything about roots Which was what he uncovered before he left Therefore, I susspect he wanted to further b

I feel he owes ME for the turmoil and hassle he's caused me, not the other way around

I had sewage backup in my basement, called Ms*** of Affordable Sewer and Drain companyHe informed me he could not do the job and wait for the insurance company (*** ***) to pay for the services I had to paid him $cash up frontThere was still an existing problem with the sewer that needed attention and Mr*** stated he could do the job, but need a payment release form signed in advance for payment, because of non-payment with past experiences and I complied with his requestHe further filled out a contract stating what was to be done as far as the plumping problem was concern Insurance agent came out to determine damages, paid Affordable agent (Mr***) and paid me the home owner for work needed to be done Mr*** found additional problems, not related to the task at hand and request from me extra monies for this issue All I wanted was for him to take care of the problem at handHe says he could not do the job without handling these addition proble

the city. I have tried to explain this to her. We even went back out to dig up and show the stop box. The lever is open and she not getting any water from the street. We have been out there several times to show her and tell her but she is not understanding. We did exactly what we were contracted to do.

The customer paid $529 to unstop the sewer in the front yard and floor drain in the basement. The fee also included the sewer camera we used to survey the damage. The insurance company paid $2,277 to cut out the wall that had been damaged and remove personal belongings. Our job was to clean ,...

sterilize and remove items. I went over everything with the customer and her boyfriend tried to step in. But because he was not out client I did not explain anything to him. We completed the task we were hired to do.
