We want to work this issue out however when I gave the bid to istall new sump pump pit with a new pump and run the discharge line out
through the plate above his concrete wall, he did not want us to install trench around crawlspace to bring the water to the sump pump pitWhen we talked about the job he said if we just put the pit in with the pump that was all he thaught he neededEven after I told him that he did need the tile system to do the job right he said he wasnt going to be there long and the new homeowners could do it.The foreman on the job went over all the extra work above the contract before we did the work and the customer still wanted it doneWe only charged the extra labor and materials it took to do the job

Affordable Sewer gave two bids, one to channel around the house & one to channel in the crawl space to direct the water to the pump we agreed on the total Of *** with *** down & *** when the job was finished *** thought this would solve the problem with a drain coming through a concrete block to a drain in the backyard.We told him it was too much money & too much for the job so we took the first bid paying *** down & *** on completion with the understanding he would channel standing water to the pump in the crawl spaceWe were not given the total of *** until the foreman gave us the billAt our age he agreed it would solve our problemThey did not channel the water to the pumpWe just want them to finish the job as promised or return the additional *** we were charged, still have water in our crawl spaceSincerely, *** ***
