Affordable Snow Removal and Plowing

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.? For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowYou did the driveway two timesThe first time I had to call because you did the wrong driveway after having been to and seen the correct driveway...or claim to have done the wrong driveway; ? both of my neighbors said they did their own driveway? I don't understand why it was so complicated for you to do the one thing you're in business for, that you are paid for and that people rely on you to do? I would have been understanding of a reasonable amount of time, but days is not reasonable? By the time I realized you just were not going to clear the driveway as you were ignoring my contact attempts, the driveway was ice underneath the snow and it was very difficult to doI am not accepting $You charge $a pass as your contract says, and you breeched your contract by ignoring and not upholding your obligations when you entered into the agreement? She made the complaint the next day as we had a blizzard and a state of emergency, obviously I've never had a complaint against me until now, so this is just a large misunderstanding but I would be willing to refund $to satisfy her just to keep the peace
