*** ***It is very sad that you have to lie to get your point across*** only came out ONE time and my husband did NOT do anything but rewire the part as I said previouslyWe believe that you intentionally did not want to work on an older hot tub but we're willing to take our moneyI printed exactly what my husband said he experienced with you and your company I will tell people about the bad experience I have had with your company and would hope that you do not treat others as badly as you treated usWe spent approx$for a part that still does not workAs for the cover you were not here to see that we DO have a cover that came with the hot tub, it was laying on the back side of the patio and we only put the plexiglass Glass sheet on top of the hot tub during the repairs
Bottom line here*** has been out there times for no pay just to help and see if it indeed is not runningWe did not work on any parts that her husband bought from us He installed everythingWe were just checking on his workWhoever installed their electrical needs to look at why the
breaker trippedMost likely it was her husband who wired it backwards*** rewired the pump correctly after her husband wired wrongThen it worked and It was running and she keeps saying we replaced everythingI did say we repaced everything on the board that was nessassary not give them a new pack everything newWe will not refund any money on electrical parts, heaters, etcHer husband is our customer that talked to usShe is just getting in the middle now and the story is just twisted*** is our guy that replaced a few things on the boardWe sold her husband heater toothat's itThen another service guy goes out there they are saying and replaces something elseThey don't have a cover that will hold the heat in properlyIt's a piece of plex glass not a coverWe told them thatSo there is nothing more to talk aboutThey can use whoever went out there after we sold them some partsWe won't go back any moreAnd we never were paid for our time when *** did goThe tub was running and the heater was working bring the spa up to 80..degreeslike I said in the last responceso that's itNo refundAnd we don't want to sell them anything else okThey need more work on it They can buy parts somewhere elseThat's all they did was buy parts from usHer husband was told if we don't install the parts we don't warranty them and there is no refund or replacement on parts he installs himself. *** ***
