We took care of this last week

We will be contacting *** *** soon or in the Spring to work thru these problemsAlso we have sent the signed contract to *** ***.The sprinkler heads to the west of the driveway will be capped offThere are discrepencies in talking to *** on how the drip was to be tied intoIf an additional zone
is desired ,we can accomadate that alsoHowever the plants that died were not related to the zonage issue, but the high amount of water given to the new sod in July(over spray and drainage).This should natually go away with the sod be established, and the drip can and will need the same amount of water.We look forward to resolving this issue in the spring or hopefully sooner,weather permitting

I am rejecting this response because: I have not received the contract signed by Affordable, only a copy signed by meI had agreed to wait till Spring of to replace the plants then the warranty guy replaced plants on his own decision in late Fall....not sure if they will make it. Looking forwarded to finishing this project in the Spring of

I thought the last response covered these issues. We will out in the Spring to cap heads and add drip zone. Dead plants are replaced up to 1 year or 1 replacement. This is noted on the contract. We can evaluate that as well in the spring. We will need to make acceptable arrangements for both parties for this work to be completed.
