I am very pleased by the response from Affordable Sprinkler and Landscape. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a phone call from the owner James as soon as he received the Revdex.com report.. He personally conveyed a sincere concern about my poor experience with his company. Unlike other contractors who may fabricate excuses, deny the facts, and ignore inconveniences they may cause to homeowners, James owned up to my issues and offered to do whatever possible to make it right. I believe that Affordable Sprinkler and Landscape does not condone the way I was treated. I have reviewed the response made by the business, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me

This lady is blaming us for a sprinkler part breaking on her old system over 2 1/2 weeks after we made an initial repair on a completely different part of her sprinkling system. She says we should have known part of her 30 year old sprinkler system was going to break 2 -1/2 weeks later flooding her...

basement. We didn't install her system in the first place and we fixed what she called us out to fix. Please call me to discuss further . She is attempting to commit insurance fraud. Saying that we should of known her sprinkler system was going to break in a different area of the yard 2 -1/2 weeks later , and we didn't even install her sprinkling system.

Regretfully; we have just now received your complaint on Monday December 26th 2016 for the first time. I do not employee an office manager at any time. Only a secretary to do all of our scheduling. I agree with you and believe you, that Scott must have handled your repair unprofessionally, and that it should have been rescheduled much sooner to finish, period!!  There is no excuse for his bad service, and he no longer works for us. We have had an A rating or better with Revdex.com since 1978 and w'eve always stood behind our work. I just wish this complaint would have been brought to my attention at first convenience. I would have personally come out to your house immediately to resolve the issue. I really hope you will use our company again in the future, and I would like to personally come out and diagnose any future sprinkler repairs you might have in the future.As a long time standing customer for us you deserve to be treated right.  That is why I am waiving the $195 Sprinkler Controller charge, and sending you a check for $50.    James D[redacted]...Owner at Affordable Sprinkling and Landscape Inc.   970-[redacted]
