I attached the max documents allowed We also have the building permit, in which builder agreed to meet energy credits The mere fact that he won't finish $in work because of a sink that was included Note upgrades that are listed If sink was an upgrade, it would be listed as well If not, a change order would have been executed ***SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS REDACTED BY Revdex.com***

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Mr. T.must have forgotten about our project, I understand that it has been a while. Prior to signing, our correspondence was clear that we would pay for the two extra feet of house, and that pillar wraps and an extra sink were included at no additional cost. Mr. T.said "...go to [redacted] and pick out what wraps you want', and had [redacted] send photos of the exact wraps she wanted. There was never a change order proposed nor accepted by us at any time. No doggie door was installed in our home. Every upgrade that we asked for was either paid directly to subcontractor, or to Affordable Stick Built Homes immediately - as per Brian T. We have invoices and correspondence from electrician, plumber, garage door installer proving this. We paid p [redacted] directly for other upgrades - if sink wasn't included, it would have been on invoice with other items. We have invoices from NUMEROUS upgrades from both p [redacted] and electrician verifying this."...you learn to let the little things go and focus on the positive. Our work was done and you move on...', Mr. T. replied. Well, as per contract, the work wasn't done. We didn't know this until the inspector told us we had no insulation in our attic, no catwalk, and no heat exchange. Our home falls short of the energy credit requirements selected by Brian T.s. All requirements as per the building permit that Mr. T. completed and signed.Mr. T. never asked us what kind of tile we were installing, nor what kind of floor. Bathroom stem valves were set to 1/2", not enough for ANY deck. "Industry standard" is 1/4" wonder board, 1/4" tile, and UP TO 1/4" mortar. One would think that Mr. T.s knows there is no code requirements for valve stem height, and that the builder MUST consult with homeowner. We were never asked what kind of tub deck we were going to install. We asked Mr. T. about it, he said to contact p [redacted] directly, and we did. His rude little p [redacted] refused to come out and even look at his own work. We have this correspondence as well. Another occurrence that Mr. T. has inaccurately recalls. When I went to turn on bathroom light, and the light in the office came on, I called Mr. T.. He said to call the electrician, so we did. He came out and fixed the problem, as he had to do 2 more times (after two weeks of requests). On the last trip, he did find that we forgot to reset a breaker. I paid him for the extra time on the spot. Mr. T***, nor Affordable Stick Built Homes, didn't remedy nor so much as schedule a remedy for ANY of these issues. We have been told $563, $633, and now it's $463.99 for a sink that was included in our agreement. If it wasn't, there would be a change order, and there isn't. Each and every upgrade was paid for immediately, why would this be any different? The fact that Mr. T. said he installed a dog door that isn't there should raise concern in itself. Very telling. This mystery sink and the magic, changing, ghost debt that is alleged isn't the problem. The elephant in the room is the fact that our house IS NOT COMPLETE, and our certificate of occupancy will not be issued until Affordable Stick Built Homes fulfills its obligation. The fact remains that Mr. T. was very attentive to us while we owed him money. Since we paid him IN FULL prior to the home being completed, that is no longer the case.

Affordable Stick Built Homes built a Super Shell. We have done our part and Final Payment has been made 4/2015. We have appointment to talk with an attorney.
Brian T.

On December 10th 2014 The [redacted] signed a contract to have Affordable Stick Built Homes LLC build the [redacted] a Super Shell. A Super Shell is a home built to drywall texture and then the homeowner is to finish the rest.As we started they asked if we would extend the foundation out 2 feet in back....

Did change order and they paid the difference. They wanted a dogie door installed. We installed dogie door. They wanted Garage door installed with opener.Installed garage door and opener. They wanted extra laundry sink. Installed extra laundry sink. When the [redacted] sent us our final payment they shorted us $ 463.99 for the extra sink. The final payment was on 4/14/2015.As a business owner you learn to let the little things go and focus on the positive. Our work was done and you move on. We were not going to get upset over $ 463.99.Later The [redacted] would call and say our plumber's didn't set the right height for the valves. In order to pass inspection you have to know what the codes are. We asked our p[redacted] to go out to see what the [redacted] were talking about. The [redacted] hired a tile setter that apparently put heavy mortar down to lay the tile. Industry standards is 1/4 wonder board and 1/4 tile. The [redacted] call and said our Electrician didn't wire some things right . We thought well how would it pass inspection for the Electrical Rough IN then . So we asked our Electrician to go out and check. When our electrician went outto the [redacted] he found the neutral and ground wiring were not tightened correctly causing the breaker to trip.As for the Fiberglass Columns they are an upgrade. The posts in front are (2) 4 x 4  posts wrapped in Cypress wood which are structural posts that carry porch roof load. These are the same posts as our Model Home. When [redacted] asked about the fiberglass columns  I ( Brian T. ) Owner of Affordable Stick Built Homes informed her they are an upgrade because the columns must be cut in half to put around a 4x4 postand bonded back together. The plans were engineered for 4 x 4 posts on Concrete pads. We have gone above and beyond our contract and then shorted $ 463.99 for extra sink.We don't understand this complaint.Sincerely,Brian T.
