I am rejecting this response because: I did notify the manager that I would have to move out if nothing would be done of the bedbug infestation, which was not mention on your reply
Regards, needless to mention the furnace

MsCarrasco, I will need a copy of signed move out notice from the manager showing you did submit notice the her, Once I can see a copy of the signed (by the manager) move out notice I can review the file status and remove the day notice charge. Regarding the furnace, this would not be something addressed during the summer months. Please forward any documentation you have regarding the move out, and I will be more than happy to review the file

*** *** I was made aware of this complaint this afternoon, April 4, *** ***, indeed lived at *** *** *** *** ***, and we are aware of the gas leak she referenced in her complaint, however, this was prior to Drought Properties, Incmanagement of *** ***
*** *** ***, as well this was nearly months before *** *** moved out of the property, I agree however with *** ***, the property did have several issues with the swimming pool and we are still trying to get this addressed. However, in regards to the past due balance on *** ***'s account, *** *** was under contract with *** *** *** *** until January 31, and per the TAA lease contract you're responsible to pay rent on or before the first of each month, and required to give a full day notice and pay the reletting fee if you plan to break the lease contract, however, *** *** did not, she moved out without notifying the office/management or paying October rent, or giving any type of notice, and paying her reletting fee, she was also charged to clean the apartment, remove large bulk items, trash and electric and water bills. We did send a notice to the last known address for *** *** to make payment arrangements, however, *** *** didn't reply, therefore, we were required to send to the collection company.
