This person [redacted] is a liar, we fixed his truck when he needed a transmission and he was charged the price that was quoted up front, he had his truck towed here on 6/23/he had been in an accident there was front end damagea flat tire , and a broken transfer case, I told [redacted] that we do not have a tire machine and he would have to pick up the tire and have it fixed so we could bring the truck inside and check what was needed, After weeks he pickup the tire, brought it back week later we put it on the truck and it was flat he didn't have it repaired or replaced not even once let alone times as he stated, Note he also has a breath tester inside his truck so we couldn't not start his truckAlso we no nothing about any ones father coming here and again, Steven has chosen to have his truck towed out of here instead of getting a tire fixed so we could move his truck, I guess it easier just to lie

I am rejecting this response because: there is no resolution and he makes no sense Not once did I lie He is correct, I did need to replace the tire, and it was replaced three different times After the fourth one went flat I had my truck towed out of there as it clearly wasn't safe if four tires went flat there in less than a month while it was waiting to go into the shop Mysteriously each tire became flat after I put it on Also in terms of the original repairs, his exact words were he would give me the best price He told me $and my wife, who is a licensed social worker and has no reason to lie could attest to this In fact she told me not to bring it there because the price seemed to good to be true and that in life you get what you pay for but since he offered to take a look at it free of charge I had the truck towed there and just had him fix it because I was desperate I didn't even argue with him when he charged me the $as he explained to me that it required more work than he originally thought which is fine I paid it and was happy to have a supposedly rebuilt transmission The issue is the transmission clearly wasn't repaired correctly and when it was brought to his attention a week or two after the original repair Joe refused to fix it for free He simply would not fix it My father went down there to speak with him thinking maybe for some reason we just couldn't communicate Finally Joe told me to bring it back in and that he would only charge me $which he did although it should have been free as it was just fixed weeks before that As I said previously, the transmission started having problems again in June I was told to bring it down I had it towed there and reportedly the tire got flat on during the tow The tire was replaced and replaced another three times after that and I have the receipts to prove it I towed it out of there because every time I put a tire on it it mysteriously becomes flat I couldn't risk any more damage happening to the truck Yes the truck was in a minor accident but that has nothing to do with the issue at hand I simply want my transmission fixed as it is under warranty There is no reasonable explanation that each tire went flat after I fixed it other than this business not wanting to repair the transmission It seems to me are trying to find ways to not have to fix it even though its under warranty Like I said, I just want the transmission fixed and I'm happy to be on my way

This person is lying threw his teeth , again he paid the price he was quoted and he never put new tires on his truck he came after weeks and pick up the tire for repair we then put it on and is was flat he never had it fixed. I never meet his father , I cannot even start his truck because of the breathalizer he has because of his many DUI's.if he had gotten the tire fixed we could of moved the truck and would of addressed the problemhe did not, so I reject him as a customer at this pointOur reputation speaks for it self , PS what does were his wife works have anything to do with her telling the truth or not ...WOW...end of conversation
