Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: This lady is LYING! I never deceived anyone and she never told me to call [redacted] I did that on my own and I never called and asked to be put back in the group she contacted me and stated let me put you back with the group so that I would be included in the group activitiesI never went on a social media rant but maybe I should and it was not few weeks before I contacted them about being billed and I can provide proof Regards, [redacted]

Thank you [redacted], for allowing me  to address this complaint As I stated to you per our telephone call. Mrs. [redacted], contacted our office to reserve a cabin aboard the s/s Splendor on [redacted] Cruises' 10.30.16 sailing.After missing one of her scheduled payments, Mrs. [redacted]...

attempted to deceive me by stating she was granted an extension per [redacted] Cruises. I explained to her that [redacted] is our travel partner and that their policy is to refer the customer back to the booking agent. Nor can they make changes to our bookings or, in this case grant an extension of payments for our company.  I immediately contacted [redacted], who confirmed that Mrs. [redacted], had booked another cabin on the same sailing and made a full deposit with them.  This resulted into a double booking. So we cancelled her booking with our company for non payment. A few months later Mrs. [redacted] called our office and stated she was ready to make her final payment, I explained since she had booked directly with [redacted],  she would need to contact them directly.  Mrs. [redacted], asked to be transferred back into our group. She provided the booking number, her credit card information, and the private pin number to authorize this transaction, I retrieved her new booking and made her final payment with the credit card information she provided.A few weeks later, Mrs. [redacted] contacted me and stated we had charged the wrong credit card and she incurred overdraft fees. I told her we gave [redacted] Cruises the only card she had provided.  But as a courtesy I asked to see a copy of her statement. I reviewed our records and confirmed that we only had one card on file.  So in goodwill, our company offered to pay half of her fees.  Mrs. [redacted] then lashed out on a social media against us. A few days later we were informed that Mrs. [redacted] had obtained legal representation.  At this time, our office findings, are that we bare no responsibility for any of Mrs. [redacted]'s fees.Sincerely, [redacted]Manger
