I lost the year old blue spruce in my front yard in the January wind storm I was lucky enough to entrust the clean up to Affordable Tree and Shrub Service My experience with the company was thoroughly satisfactory They showed up when they said they would; did what they said they would; accomplished a very large job with exceptional care and attention to detail; and did all of this for a reasonable price In fact, their price, which was more than competitive with all other bids, included grinding the stump - the others did not They cut and stacked wood for the fireplace and cleaned up the yard, sidewalk, and street so that all vestiges of the tree were removed First rate work I highly recommend this company and will call on them for any future services required to maintain my trees and shrubs

Affordable Tree and Shrub was fantastic. Steve came out and gave me a good price quote and followed up with an excellent job. He pruned my antique and rare apple trees, and is treating them for fire blight. He also removed two problematic trees, a dead elm and an ash that was threatening the foundation of the house.
The price was fair and lives up to the company name.

Property needed an extensive pruning and trim including pine tree deadwood removal, scrub oak thinning, trimming and extensive cleanup. Steve arrived on Friday 7 September and we did a complete walk through of the property. I am not an expert in fire mitigation, but the walk around went very well. I pointed out what I knew should be done and he pointed out complementary actions. The walk around took less then 30 minutes. Each activity was given a dollar value and a nice discount was offered if the entire task list was ok'd by me, which I did. Work was projected and did start on12 September and concluded on 13 September. The work was efficiently accomplished, and the clean up actions were done in real time. I consider this project to be a complete success and heartily recommend this firm to anyone needing such service. Steve does great work!
