My experience with this company was excellent. I received a call back within 24 hrs of calling this company (unlike a number of others that never returned my call) and Mr.[redacted] came later in the day to give me an estimate that was very much what I expected the price to be based on previous work done by other companies through the years. The next day I received a call advising me of the day and time that the workers would be there. They arrived exactly as advised and removed a large maple and a smaller tree very quickly, cleanly, and professionally.

Services provided do not match provided estimate I received an estimate for tree work. The estimate and the work that was to be completed was verified prior to the work date of [redacted] 2015. There was one tree limb and small shrub stumps that were left that were supposed to be removed. Services were paid for in full that day. When I arrived to see that the limb was not cut I called and spoke to [redacted]. He assured me that someone would return to complete it. After numerous calls placed to him an employee came to complete the job on [redacted] When he arrived he told me that it was a 2 man job and due to everyone being off for the weekend it would have to be completed during the following week. He did cut down the small shrubs that remained. I have placed numerous calls to [redacted]'s cell phone as well as the office and have left messages in regard to this matter with both [redacted] and [redacted]. I have left voicemails for [redacted] without a response. It has now been 30 days and the job paid for has not been completed in full nor have I received a scheduled time for completion.Desired SettlementI would like the remaining limb removed as discussed and agreed to with the initial estimate.Business Response our business communicated with the client and resolved the issueConsumer Response The company has contacted me and resolved the filed complaint.Final Consumer Response
