I am requesting a Licensed Electrician from a reputable company to repair the damaged wires and to replace the weather boot. I informed this company of this when the damaged was first discovered. I called them several times and sent emails concerning this issue. I can be contacted via email as to the time of the appointment so I can be present at the time of repair. [redacted] Thanks
