Affordable Tree Services

Scott *** came out to my home and gave me a bid of $1,490 for trimming my trees and protecting my ash trees. I signed the estimate, and employees from this company came out on three occasions to trim and take care of my trees. Each time someone was here, I was handed an invoice which I paid immediately with a check. The last time the tree trimmer came out, they raised the price of trimming my maple tree up from the estimate of $750 to $1,100 because they said they had to remove two large branches. I paid this invoice, and I believed I was paid in full since I never received any other invoice.
The accountant from Affordable Tree Services has been harassing me to pay an additional $650. I tried to explain that no one came out additionally and I never received an invoice for the $650 they say I now owe them. If I were to pay them for something they didn't do, it would mean that Scott ***'s estimate was off over $1,000, and if I had known this originally, I would never have hired them. I believe what this company is doing is fraudulent, and I warn others never to use Affordable Tree Services because they will add other expenses not in the quote onto your bill.
