I am not willing to give her a refund I would be happy to go take care of the crack that she has in the concrete I would fix it and look into the alleged problem of her basement leaking Her sidewalk was finished with the broom finish which is pretty standard and she knew ahead of time, as we discussed it I have no problem taking care of the crack and looking at her other issue
Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:The large portion between my house and my neighbor's house needs to be dug up, re-poured, leveled and sloped to avoid the puddle that forms there when it rains, and which then leaks into my basementPatching the cracks is not going to solve that problem, as they are at corners and experience more stress with warmth and coldI am waiting on an estimate from another concrete contractor.I understood the broom finish, but it was not well-done in places, and there are even partial footprints Sincerely, [redacted]
