state that scrubs will not be returned if they have the tags removed, have been noticeably worn or washed.  The scrubs that Mr. [redacted] wanted to return had the tags removed and smelled very strongly of body odor and cigarette smoke.  My sales associate, Patti, informed him that we would not be able to accommodate his return.
