withOur company did not receive any commission(s) on the sale of the warranty offered by ***We do not have the laptop that was sent in, nor did we ever receive any item from the customerOur company offers a 1-year Standard Warranty for Repairs/ReplacementsSince the computer was purchased in and the first correspondence that we've received about this issue was 4/25/2016, the PC would not be covered under the year WarrantyHowever, we were more than willing to assist the customer with any information necessary. As soon as I received the email, I did some research and got back to the customer ASAP responding with the attached information (emails attached)I provided the customer with a valid email address and phone number to reach me if she had any further questionsPlease see the emails attachedThank You, *** Customer Service

I do not find this response acceptable as both times the support people were called for the problems Both times it took the support staff quite awhile to figure out that neither computer was in proper condition In my first response I listed the names of two people that my tech spoke with In both instances she was asked to do things that were beyond my knowledge of what to do or look for

We offer tech support; so the buyer did not have to hire someone to help with this system. The buyer hired this tech to transfer files; not to fix any problems they say were with this item. Computer equipment is very sensitive and shipping this type of item can cause problems that are out of our control. Every system is loaded with an OS unless it is sold without an OS. The only way the operating system was not on this unit is the tech they hired tried to install another program. We do not reimburse or feel like we should have to reimburse this buyer.
