Took my vehicle to get front brakes and rotors replaced. Replaced wrong parts, I didn't agree. Replaced wrong axle on my car,messed up transmission.
I chose to go to Affordable Used and New Tires to have my front brake pads and rotors replaced. I waited there for 5 hours. They came out and told me they replaced the axle shaft assembly (I didn't agree), rear brakes and rotors (I didn't agree), Bleed front calipers and install (I didn't agree) and more will include paperwork. I left in the vehicle. Did not make it home. Had vehicle towed back to Affordable, they said leave it overnight that they would fix it in the morning. I went back the next day, they gave me my keys. I drove off. My car started leaking transmission fluid the next day. I did not know what it was so I drove for 2 or three days. I called the service center at my finance company (***) because they have a service center. They looked at my car and told me Affordable Tires put the wrong axle on my vehicle and it caused my differential to be damaged causing the transmission fluid to leak out causing my transmission to go out completely. Smart Auto quoted me $2,100.00 for the repair of a new transmission. I am already hundreds of dollars in debt. I do not want to go back to Affordable Tires because the manager I spoke with is very rude and I am afraid. He yelled in my girlfriends face when I took the car back to get the repairs it needed when it broke down on me the same day they did all of the work (I didn't ask for in the first place). Please Help.
They but the wrong axle in my vehicle causing the differential to be damaged. Which in turn caused a transmission fluid leak from the axle seal. Now I need a new transmission due to their errors. I would like my transmission replaced.
I , *** went to 8423 Kingston pike knoxville ,tn on 9-17-2017. I needed a new radiator for a 2004 Volvo r s60 awd. The store Affordable new and used tire company and I *** made arrangements that they would provide the radiator that was needed . The store stated to me that they ordered and payed online with one of there auto parts company for the part .
I went back to affordable new and used tire company on May 4, 2019 to see if the part was still under warranty. The company stated it was out of date.
I ask the customer service worker for the information about were did they buy it from , they gave me a copy of the same receipt from when they the job and had wrote the part number down. I asked them for the receipt with information of a part number, companys name , the store refused to give it to me .

Refund I *** would only like the information that I desire and that (Revdex.com) make sure this company is working under the business laws of Tennessee . I *** have been doing research of this company and this company is being ran under a false name . False location and other false information.
