I purchased a washer dryer in Feb April the dryer quit workingI called and texted numerous times for serviceFinally got a call set time no showCalled again still no showFinally the owner *** showed up and got really upset about the way my setup had to be in my apartmentHe about tore the appliance up trying to move itThen to top it off the older man that was trying to help him, *** was yelling at him! It was very unprofessionalI had to go back to work and when I got home the dryer did work but the vent hoses were not attached and neither appliance was back in the right placeI cant move them to fix it! I had to call someone else to come finish what he did notI would never buy from him again because of poor service and being so rude!

Once the transaction has been completed, money exchanged for product, good luck trying to get them to respond if you have questions or need anything at all. When I initially called them to inquire about the sale of their product they answered immediately and every time, but since I've made the purchase(s) I have tried to call them no less than 10 times and they have not answered one of my calls. They do offer a warranty and you can take the product back, which will likely be the case.
