The response you got from the owner is a lie! I asked the salesman on the phone *** while I was researching the possibility of getting the container if there were any city codes or restrictions for a container of this size on a private residenceHe told me noThat is when I asked for someone to come out and inspect my property as to where I wanted to put it and to verify That it was legal to put where I wanted to put it and that it would fitThe person that came out to inspect my property told me the same thing that the salesman told me over the phoneThat it was fine to have on my personal property and yes it would fitAt that time is when I started my purchase of the container and provided my credit card information
The day it was delivered 5/11/at 7:30AM my neighbor *** *** called the city and filed a complaintThe city code inspector *** *** of *** CA came out at 8:15am and told me yes this is illegal to have on a private residence and yes Aztec knows this because they are a business in the county of *** and They deal with *** businesses and residences all the timeI was furious and while *** *** was still there I called Aztec back and spoke with ***I told him that he told me this container was not illegal and ok to have on my propertyHe said "well it is only illegal if someone complains" I was outragedI said then its illegal and you need to come pick it up and refund my moneyHe told me to first try to smooth over my neighborI called almost every day for days to get them to remove the container and to refund my moneyAll this time this owner would not take my callsI only got to speak to the salesman who would take my messages to the owners and then provide me with their responseThey wanted to charge me $which is almost half of the $I paid for it for something they knowingly sold me illegally in hopes that no one would complain and that I could not useNow that I was sited I had days to get the container moved off my property or I would start getting fines! Why should I let them keep $for this - that is insane! Any item can be returned - cars included within days for a full refundThey will resale this item for full price and make double profit off a customer (me) I don't think so!
This is a very crooked, corrupt company with no moral compassLook at their webpage at their reviews - I am not the only one with complaints against them
I met with the City of *** Mayor as well and am doing everything I can to make sure others do not get taken like I didI have done Yelp reviews, craigs list, facebook and anywhere else I can think of to get the word out about this horrible company! People have the right to knowI lost $4800!!!!!!
Please do whatever the Revdex.com can do to make this company and its greedy owners know you can not take advantage of customers and get away scott free!

[redacted]. [redacted] contacted us to purchase 40ft storagecontainer. She was unsure about having enough room for us to place the container where she wanted it onher property. We sent out one of our drivers to inspect the location and confirm that we could place thecontainer where she wanted it. [redacted] ordered a custom container with a roll up door, office door, sidevents and wind turbines. At no time did our salesman or our driver advise the customer of the Citiesregulation on placing a container on her property. It is up to the property owner to find out what they canand can•not do on their property. She contacted us and said the City will not allow her to have the containeron her property. Although we had no obligation to refund any of her money, we did offer to refund $2,400.The money we would be keeping would cover the cost for the custornization of this container.Thank you,~:-.?~~-·· ··... /i~.
