that last payment (under no circumstances) can be lateSo under the host company policy the package was canceled and all money was forfeitedThe agent *** *** did try to resolve the account but as an just an agent there was nothing she could do through the payment plan to get their money*** *** did speak with Ms *** numerous times as well as other ladies in the groupOne conversation with Ms ***, *** was threatened by her so she did refer her to another agent that called Ms *** back*** did request a refund for all the ladies however do to the terms and agreement the refund request was denied
