I told him I did not want it done because the vacuum was only $100 and 5 years old & no one has contacted me for approval. He turned very rude & said he was the owner & would give it to me for $50 because the repair has already been done. I advised again that I did not want it & no one had contacted me. He mumbled though a bunch of excuses & tried to hang up on me.
I dropped off a vacuum carpet cleaner for repair...they repaired it they said and I paid them $80.00....WE moved to a house that had no carpet, I never used it to even see if it worked...2; months later I tried it at our church thinking that it should work...it didn't ...I immediate took it back and [redacted] said it worked when I took it the first time what did I do to it? 2 weeks latter after saying he would fix it again [redacted] said they don't carry that part for a less than 2 years old brand new machine. They can't order the part....of which they claimed he just ordered and replaced less than 2 months ago...after 3 weeks of blowing me off they refuse to repair nor give me a refund and warrant their work....I should have known when I first saw[redacted]
