There was no contact with me at all until they started sending bills in my name which were forwarded to me because I do not live at the residenceI have all paperwork, the intake of the pet has the pet owners name *** on itIt does not have my name nor my address or phone numberThis business is submitting information and made an error on their part. They woman who took the appointment was fired for multiple mistakes. I have no idea who is using that name and address and this bill has nothing to do with methe business should honor their mistake, create a new account with that pet owners name, address &phone number and deal with it accordingly. I will continue to Persue this case until the debt is removed feommy name and put into the correct owners name.

When *** took the appointment we verified last name, address & phone number, as is standard through out the veterinary industry*** was seen a number of times, and multiple points of contact were made with the owner stated as Christina*** ultimately underwent a surgical procedure
and our receptionist did make a billing errorAll paperwork was signed by ***, however last name and contact information was verifiedWhen the error was made, *** called the owner, addressed her as Christina, and explained that there was a $balance dueThe owner agreed to pay & then ceased contact with our officeOver a month later I submitted the file to our collections officeWhen Christina called to explain the situation, and asked to be removed I explained that I would look into itWhat I found was that *** & Christina share an address, so therefore the bill is validFor example we have mothers & daughters who share a house, and a pet and therefore would be billed accordinglyAs far as my father- he is retired, and has been for almost yearsThere is no one higher then myself in the company at the present time.

There was no contact with me at all until they started sending bills in my name which were forwarded to me because I do not live at the residence. This business is submitting false information and made an error on their part. They woman who took the appointment was fired for multiple mistakes. I have no idea who is using that name and address and this bill has nothing to do with methe business should honor their mistake, create a new account with that pet owners name, address &phone number and deal with it accordingly. I will continue to Persue this case until the debt is removed feommy name and put into the correct owners name.

When [redacted] took the appointment we verified last name, address & phone number, as is standard through out the veterinary industry. [redacted] was seen a number of times, and multiple points of contact were made with the owner stated as Christina. [redacted] ultimately underwent a surgical procedure...

and our receptionist did make a billing error. All paperwork was signed by [redacted], however last name and contact information was verified. When the error was made, [redacted] called the owner, addressed her as Christina, and explained that there was a $360 balance due. The owner agreed to pay & then ceased contact with our office. Over a month later I submitted the file to our collections office. When Christina called to explain the situation, and asked to be removed I explained that I would look into it. What I found was that [redacted] & Christina share an address, so therefore the bill is valid. For example we have mothers & daughters who share a house, and a pet and therefore would be billed accordingly. As far as my father- he is retired, and has been for almost 2 years. There is no one higher then myself in the company at the present time.
