My offer stands. From the information given to me, the tissue in question has not been biopsied and may be of other than testicular origin.
If you were still in the area, I would be more than willing to comp the exploratory surgery and removal of the tissue in question.
As of right now I have no reason to suspect the mass is a testicle besides your veterinarian's opinion. He says there is a movable lump in the inguinal area , but it may be just scar tissue or lymph node. If it is indeed cancer than it needs to come out regardless and then we will know what the tissue is

I recently received the following email from the business:
Ms. XXXXXX XXXXXX,
My office manager did call and speak to your veterinarian in PA, and she thought the problem had been resolved.  My apologies that we were mistaken.
My surgical report shows that both testes were indeed removed.  The veterinarian performing the procedure does not work in Georgia anymore and I am sure she would not be able to recall anything different than what is on our records.
When you have the procedure to remove the tissue in question, you need to submit the tissue to determine its origin.  I am more than willing to reimburse OUR surgery fees ($105) and the cost of a histopathology report of the tissue in question...... only if the report comes back testicular tissue. (Up to a total of $230, I will need receipt for histopath report).
If the tissue is not testicular tissue than I will not reimburse any fees.

The Dr states that she thought the problem had been resolved however I called three additional times for information and was told each time someone would call me back. I never received a call or any form of communication until after I filed the complaint with the Revdex.com. I called various vets in my area and the cost to have the surgery performed again along with the histopath report she is requesting is very costly not to mention I have to put my dog (who is not a puppy anymore) through this procedure again. The lowest cost I am finding is $245 for the cryptorchid, $38 for the exam and $178 for the histopath report the Dr is requesting. I do not have an extra $461 lying around to get a procedure done again that was supposed to be taken care of the first time. Not to mention I was home and available the last time the surgery was performed. I now work full time and if something would happen to my dog I would not be there to handle the issue. The only reason we went off post to have this surgery performed was because the on post vet didn't have the capability to perform the surgery.
