otally agree with other dismal ratingsThe work itself was OK, the water heater at low end of efficiency, but the price an absolute disasterThe initial quote for an easy-access, all code-parts-in-place replacement was $for a new heater & installationI refusedThe "manager" at the other end of the phone then took off $1100(!) to only & In desperation on a Friday PM of a long weekend, I took itThe total time on premises was less than hours, new parts (only some actually needed) less than $at store, and the Heater MRSP is $1000, but widely retailed at $ So total should have been ~$ I'm still miffed & a bit embarrassed by this rip-offWhile for them it appears to be a successful biz model, for us it is a disaster

They charged me $for a new water heater, "code upgrades", and a water pressure regulator! I was way overcharged for the work doneWhen I complained about the price they would not negotiate for a lower priceThey took advantage of an emergency broken water heaterThe work they did was good but you can get it done for a lot less I would not recommend them to family or friends
