Amazing company! The service is amazing!!! I recommend Affordable Water to anyone looking for a good water softener or reverse osmosis!!!

I have a lot of problems with rust and hard water. I called affordable water for help. They were curtious and very fast. When They showed up they made sure I was comfortable with the new system and made sure they left my basement looking better than when they started. I would highly reccomend them for their service.

month ago. We tested in the kitchen since the water softener is installed before the hot water heater. The cold water was at 25grains and the hot water was at 6 grain. We went into the basement and reset the unit. To improve the water softness we set the unit to charge more frequently. Told him we were glad to fix the unit and did not charge him. When he had the other company check the system it should have been working as designed and within specifications since we had already fixed it.   [redacted] the owner of Affordable Water called the customer on 9/10/16. The issue was resolved at that time with the customer. We offered to come out in the future if needed at no charge. Tell us why here...
