9/12/ In regards to customer [redacted] in Poplar Grove Illinois We tested customers water approximately one month agoWe tested in the kitchen since the water softener is installed before the hot water heaterThe cold water was at 25grains and the hot water was at grainWe went into the basement and reset the unitTo improve the water softness we set the unit to charge more frequentlyTold him we were glad to fix the unit and did not charge himWhen he had the other company check the system it should have been working as designed and within specifications since we had already fixed it [redacted] the owner of Affordable Water called the customer on 9/10/The issue was resolved at that time with the customerWe offered to come out in the future if needed at no chargeTell us why here
I have a lot of problems with rust and hard water I called affordable water for help They were curtious and very fast When They showed up they made sure I was comfortable with the new system and made sure they left my basement looking better than when they started I would highly reccomend them for their service

Amazing company! The service is amazing!!! I recommend Affordable Water to anyone looking for a good water softener or reverse osmosis!!!
