[redacted] I contracted John from Affordable Water Treatments of Manitoba to install a water treatment in my house in They came and installed the systemIn two days they came back and said they will be visiting again in two months to see how the salt was being used and to check if the system was filtering properly They never cameI called many, many times and they never showed upAfter six months they called me and wanted me to buy filters from themI refused to talk to them because they never showed upThey system was supposed to use one bag of salt every month, but the salt level never went down The company sent a very young worker who looked at the water system and said the system was never turned onTHEY INSTALLED EVERYTHING, GOT MY MONEY AND NEVER TURNED THE SYSTEM ON, AND NEVER ANSWERED MY CALLS UNTIL THEY WANTED ME TO BUY FILTERS FROM THEM In my one year old Whirlpool washer broke down due to the hard water that ran in the pipes for a year This summer, the company called me again and wanted me to buy filters from them I told them I will never buy anything from them after the horrible service they provided to me as a customerThe man wanted to come and see the system, he presented himself as a co-owner of the company He said he would look for a way to pay for the damaging my brand new one year old washerI have never heard from him again I found another company to fix the system - [redacted] They fixed my water system [redacted] ***
