I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
I must reject the business response for these reasons:
No brochures were ever left in my homeThere was not any explaining on either occasion Mr
Robert Pwas at my home, in all instances he was angry and unprofessionalMrRobert Pwas the installer and he alone
on July 16, to replace the glass.
So he knows exactly what happened
Actually another point, I forgot to make in my original
letter was, MrRobert Ptold me he does not need my business. Because of all these actions I must reject
the offer to install replacement glass (note: I already paid for it so it is
not a repair at no charge).
My request is the same, MrRobert Preturns my $
and he can have the new glass back.
Unfortunately, I cannot trust MrRobert Por his company to
complete the job correctly nor am I comfortable with him or installers in my

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  The consumer called and stated the business did come out and do the work.  The complaint is resolved.

We have received your complaint ID#[redacted]. The customer was called for the standard 3 week installation. He wanted evening hours or a Saturday installation. It takes longer to schedule an evening or Sat. install. Besides that, the windows were installed on Saturday, 10/17. This job was not priced...

The customer bought  windows 9 years ago I n 2007. She called about steam or condensation on the surface of the glass. On 2 separate visits to her home since 2007, there was a condensation issue and a brochure was left. I tried lo explain to the customer that it is not seal...

failure when you have condensation or steam on the surface of glass but only when it's between the glass is it a seal problem. At the customer's option she had 3 panels made up to see if it would make a difference with the condensation problem. We've been in business since 1996 with plenty of satisfied customers and an outstanding track record. [redacted] bought energy star windows. Condensation/steam is not covered under warranty. I don't know what happened that day between the customer and installer, but we value our customers very much. I will have a different installer call you to install your glass and haul away the old stuff at no charge at all. Sincerely, Robert P.
