Thank you for forwarding Mr. email. Mr. purchased windows for his rental property from us over 4-5 years ago. We DID NOT INSTALL these windows. He demanded the "cheapest windows" for his rental property. These windows do come with a Limited Lifetime Warranty like many other window manufacturers. This manufacture provides 1 full year on the glass and not more then that unless their is a seal failure which is up to 20 years. Also the windows must be installed professionally under the manufacture's warranty. As a courtesy we ordered 3 glasses for his rental property when he asked for his first warranty. We could see one glass maybe 2 glass but 3 glass broken at the same time.....that is unheard off. Anyhow, we ordered the glass which came in a factory finished sash for replacement. We went a step beyond and told Mr. that we will go and swap out these 3 sashes we received at no charge. We swapped out 2 of the 3 because the tenant would not allow us in the 3rd room and told us that there was no issue at all with that window. We notified this to Mr. and told him that we have the 3rd sash with us and you're welcome to pick it up and change it out if you like since the tenant would not allow us. Months later almost a year later Mr. calls again and orders more glass for more windows....Now this clearly tells us that something is wrong either the windows are not installed correctly or another physical damage has been done to the windows. We told Mr. you will need to purchase the glass or glass in the sash since it is not under warranty. He agreed to pay BUT this is now considered a new purchase and these windows are made in New York City. We have not control over this manufacturer since they are shut down for Corona Virus. Also, we did sell and install windows for Mr. at another home which til this day we have no issues at all or warranty on glass. At this point Mr. has to be patient until we receive the glass/sashes from the manufacturer. AS we all know NY was hit the hardest and their are thousands of employees that work for the window manufacturer of which many were tested positive for Corona. Mr. order was put in just before Corona hit and also the manufacture has changed plants to where they make the series windows he ordered…which takes us even longer to get now. I strongly recommend Mr. to have a professional look at his windows installation because it might not be installed correctly also talk with his tenants on the physical damage that has been done to these windows. IF Mr. cannot be patient with his order then he is welcome to purchase windows elsewhere. He had not paid us anything for the current order there for we owe him nothing. We actually suggest he orders form elsewhere since we don't know when the window manufacture will open up.

We have ordered his new glass it has not come in yet when it does we will give it to him at no charge and inform him that we won't do it again we have dealt with this with him over the last four or five years but we've had no problems with the windows weave installed for him only the ones he installed his self
