AHS sent Advanced Home Services to my home to replace a broken garbage disposalThe technician's name was JonHe arrived on time prior to callingHe was very professionalHe checked the disposal several times to make sure that there were no leaks before he leftTold me if there were any problems to call him back and he would return to the houseHe made sure that he cleaned up the area before leaving I was pleased with the service Ron M
I have *** *** *** as my warranty providerI had a plumbing issue and originally they sent someone from *** *** The guy clearly had no idea what he was doing, he made some adjustment and when he left I had NO WATERI called *** back and they sent Joe from Advanced Home ServicesJoe quickly assessed what was wrong and fixed my water pressure issues and replaced a diverter in my Master BathHe even cleaned my tub afterwardsI can't recommend Advanced Home Services enough
If I could give less than one star I wouldGuy came out and was there for about minutesAmerican home shield sent this contractorThey determined I needed a new water heater which AHS coveredBut advanced home services decided to add on additional services that "needed" to be done in order for them to install the new water heater ($worth)I needed new water lines, they needed to fix my water pressure, and something else I cannot recallOh, my house is years old too, but I still need all of this doneMy husband and father are both in the construction field and both assured me this company was ripping me offI wouldn't pay them a dime if they were the only company in Las Vegas!
Do not EVER use Advanced Home Services for plumbing needs They sent the laziest plumber I've ever seen out He cut holes in my wall and just left He did not fix the leak When I called back I never got a return call from the company so I called the home insurance that had referred them They then made another appointment and did not show upStill a week later, the floor has had to be torn up and it is still not fixed They are the most unprofessional company I've ever had If you do choose to use them, remember you are doing it at your own risk.,,,,,,
