It is a copy and paste responseShe has already given this same answer for two other Revdex.com complaints This business did not address the problem My order was placed over a year ago, the excuse of competition season does not applyCompetition season has already come and gone since my order was placed and payment was received Since filing the complaint, I finally received a response from the business, and it was very unprofessional and offensiveThe business owner decided that it was necessary to discuss my mental health, and accuse me of harassment I have acquired an attorney for her to speak with, she should have received a letter from him at some point last week requesting immediate payment The business owner claims that she has never denied my refund, yet she cancels my PayPal refund requests I STILL haven't gotten my refund.Regards, [redacted]

I have every text message saved from communicating with the seller and I was never given a tracking number and my suit was never sent. Although I was offered upgrades on my suit those were never fulfilled because the suit was never created and never sent. paypal never notified me of a tracking number either which happens if and when the seller ships an item. Again if the suit was sent what is the tracking number so I can locate where it was shipped? I am attaching screenshots of the most recent text messages in which I am asking when my suit will be sent and receiving no response. Regards, [redacted]

We are neither manipulative or fraudulent All of our customers received their merchandise In the even that a client wasn't able to receive their merchandise we returned their money This is the whole reason we chose PayPal as our monetary interchange So clients felt protected in their investmentWe always strived to make clients satisfied within the parameters of the terms and conditions of sale that ALL customers agreed to at the POSThis client and I were in very close contact for months while we sorted thru her presumptive chargeback This client received the suit she paid for She received tracking information for the suit she paid forShe became ineligible for bogo item upon filing a charge back Upon rectifying the chargeback which took months I agreed to reinstate her book out of kindness I extended her upgrades to satisfy her and created her FREE item and sent it During this process she and I were in communication each week This is an attempt for a customer to receive not one but items for freeWe fulfilled the terms and conditions of sale and will not be refunding a 50% discount as that is outside the terms and conditions of sale and the customer agreed to them as the point of sale (the box she would have been required to reach and agree to by checking the box in order to complete the sale)

This business did not address the problem.  My order was placed over a year ago, the excuse of competition season does not apply. Competition season has already come and gone since my order was placed and payment was received.
