I am rejecting this response because:when I showed up at tito's office the office was opentheir was another customer waiting in the waiting areaa lady showed up and I handed her my paperwork stating the police said my car was their and the police report for the car ( which they kept) both copiesshe left the customer window came back and said "we have your car"i asked if I can get it out today ( Saturday) she said no, the person who pulls cars isn't thereso I asked her again " so I cant get my car out today"? she said " no you have to wait til Monday". then another man appeared and asked " you being helped" I said " yes i'm trying to get my car out today"well the gentleman who asked if I needed help was also the gentleman who took my car out Monday** when I arrived I saw no where a placard stating hours, the office was open and another customer was waiting, for what I have no ideathe first note attached to their response " says cars can be pulled Saturday and Sundays if you pay extra.".they told me no.." I had to wait two daysto retrieve my car.which cost me an extra

Vehicle was towed on on 1/2/@ 11:47amOur Office hours are Monday thru Friday am - 5pm closed Saturday and SundayThe office happened to be open because there was an employee meetingThe CHP calls the number listed on the stolen report shortly after the vehicle is recovered as well as
sending a letter in the mailPricing on our walls includes charges for the the tow storage and after hours pull out fees if the customer wanted to take it then and there

Customer called in to have vehicle Volkswagen Jetta on 12/3/Her main concern was the vehicle was not starting and the inside the vehicle it smelled like radiator coolantAfter the vehicle was inspected, vehicle was diagnosed with the incorrect battery installed into the vehicle, and
there was a leak from the thermostat outletCustomer requested separate estimated since the batter was put in by *** and she stated they would pay for the repairs of the damages made from the batteryAfter providing the estimate for the battery customer advised us that she would need to contact ***Customer did not advise us that we needed to contact ***She contacted our office on 12/15/16 stating that we needed to fax the estimate directly to *** and we did so on 12/16/Repairs on the vehicle were completed 12/30/We contacted the customer regarding the vehicle being completed and she would state that she was not going to pay anything until *** made a payment, advised that *** had not made a payment and she would need to contact them directly*** then paid on 1/7/by phone for the amount of $after the payment from ***, the customer still took another days to come in and finish paying the repairs and picking up her vehicleCustomer indicated that her main concern was the vehicle not passing smogPer all the estimates signed buy the customer, her main cancers was the vehicle not starting, the vehicle smelling like anti-freeze inside the car and being told by a 3rd party that the Osensor was tampered withThere was never any talk about the vehicle having an issue passing smogWhen the vehicle left the shop the check engine light was not on, advised customer to drive the vehicle and if there were any problems to being the vehicle backCustomer did not reach out to the shop until beginning of March, when she did so she was advised to bring the vehicle in to inspect and as of today she has not brought the vehicle back

I didn't take care information a smell, he is a liar! I took my car in because of check engine lightI have proof that he didn't do repairs by a shop that services VWTI to had my car Long time money was never an answerTito found that they battery I just replaced was no goodSo I then contacteducate *** once Tito said this battery is no good*** came out replaced itTito story is lyingThe place that has my car says any proof you needThey haveI never had a link and he never told me there was a leak until I seen it on my receiptNow that I had another shop diagnose it's proven that check engine light issue was not touched but he charged me

Customer addressed 2 incidents that the vehicle was towed on 08/30/17 and 09/07/17. 08/30/17- We picked up a vehicle due to the damages on the vehicle there was additional labor and additional equipment after speaking with roadside assistance they stated the customer was covered for 100.00 and they...

would have an out of pocket of 20.00. Customer gave our driver 20.00 and they were valid charges per the roadside service. 09/07/17- Roadside assistance provided a rate of 50.00, advised them the full charge for the tow was 71.00, they advised the customer was only covered for 50.00. After reviewing the invoice and work orders from the roadside service our billing department received a card for 71.00. The customer only paid the driver 20.00 because the driver did not have change for the customer to pay 21.00. We will be more then happy to issue the customer a the refund for 20.00 for the tow on 9/7/17 that was collected in error.
