Customer addressed incidents that the vehicle was towed on 08/30/and 09/07/08/30/17- We picked up a vehicle due to the damages on the vehicle there was additional labor and additional equipment after speaking with roadside assistance they stated the customer was covered for and they would have an out of pocket of Customer gave our driver and they were valid charges per the roadside service09/07/17- Roadside assistance provided a rate of 50.00, advised them the full charge for the tow was 71.00, they advised the customer was only covered for After reviewing the invoice and work orders from the roadside service our billing department received a card for The customer only paid the driver because the driver did not have change for the customer to pay We will be more then happy to issue the customer a the refund for for the tow on 9/7/that was collected in error
