later, on Feb 16, 2017, [redacted] emailed us saying a part missing.  Although it's beyond eBay 30 days Money Back Guarantee and it's hard for us to check our inventory, we still sent the part to our customer.  Attachment 2 is the email we received on Feb. 16, 17.  The following link is our product listing at eBay.http://[redacted]3) On Sep 9, 2017 that is so well beyond our guarantee, [redacted] emailed to us claiming product issue.  We tried to help technically and explained that the plastic semi-flexible solar panel is different from Aluminum Frame Glass Surface panel that has 10 years material warranty.  However, [redacted] still confused with Aluminum Glass panel, claiming that we told them 10 year warranty.  Thank you for your attention on this!  Please help explain to [redacted].
