Review: To some things up, I went to this business to get my hair braided. I called prior to coming. Cynthia, the lady who answered the phone told me the style would be $10 per braid. I also told her that I had extensions in and she said it would be $30 to remove. Fast forward to starting the process of braiding my hair, besides the $30 to remove the hair she also tried to charge me $10 for washing my hair then another $16 for hair. Which the last two, was not discussed via phone. I told her you failed to tell me any of that she then started to get nasty so I ended up walking out without my hair being braided. Not only that they were ALL very unprofessional and rude. Kept speaking in their language. Not happy at all. Something needs to be done.Desired Settlement: Apology with either a refund or to have my braids done free of charge ($40 value). Already paid $40 to have them just wash and remove extensions.
