African American Dollar Store

I never recieved my order eventhough the post office said it was delivered.I have attempted to contact the african american dollar store through email and phone. I filed my complaint with the post office. I have been dealing with this since dec 24 2013. my order number is [redacted] with the african american dollar store. this package has been paid for. I want my package or a refund.the african american dollar store won't respond to my emails. I have been timley with my request but have not gotten any help. I contacted the post office on dec 24 and have 2 claim numbers. XXXXXXXXXis the number I got on dec 24 from the post office and XXXXXXX is the number I got from consumer affairs which I filed online. The customer themselves have admitted that the USPS says it delivered the package to their address.We tried to fill a claim with the USPS but it seems that the customer has already done that so the USPS have refused our claim.We do not understand why African American Dollar Store has been reported to Revdex.com, as we have fore filled our obligation to the customer by shipping the order a receiving a confirmation of delivery from the USPS. The customer complaint to Revdex.com should be made against the USPS not our company. The customer is requesting a refund or reshipment of merchandise from us and also filing an insurance claim to the USPS.
