Fradulantly filed an electronic tax return and received a refund in the company's but gave me a copy of a totally different return that was not filed which informed me that I owe and the state and federal government sent told me that I do not have a balance due. This information was given to me by the federal government and confirmed by the bank of the business mentioned AFRICAN AMERICAN TAX AND ACCOUNTING LLC

After reviewing the complaint from the client, seeing how in the pass they have broken into my phone and got information that was not their's. I have some concerns, if they didn't file this fraudulent tax return themselves and had it send to business account, Therefore I would be questioned on this matter and not them, the refund was deposited on april 25 and was setting there until IRS withdraws the funds and sends them a paper check, I have attached a copy of what we filed as her return, there is no accountant in the world who can challenge the *** on these numbers and show me where I am wrong on any level of miss parham taxes. Ask her to validate her statement, I have attach to Revdex.com my stand. If I am wrong then our schooling is wrong, if I am wrong then IRS is wrong. I never got or heard such degrading complaint in the life of my business, over 32 year of service.I pride myself on great customer service. I go above and beyond to give me clients the best possible service available.I feel like she should be reprimanded for these false allegations. sense *** think, I said think we may have done a fraudulent tax return. she will never have to feel or think this way again. ***. never ever will be doing there tax service in the future. First of all it was not me that stole information from African American Tax and Accounting according to Mr C or as herefers to himself the ***, it was one of his ex girlfriends whom to my understanding is currently incarcerated for stealing information out of a shared storage which is completely not acceptable for personal information from taxpayers be accessible to the public. Furthermore, it wasn't until I informed *** that *** informed me that the account number the IRS sent me was not only his account but also the business account that I have and have never had any access to. *** is under investigation by not only the State and Federal Government but also the police department. It is Mr C who will be reprimanded not me. I choose not to continue any further conversations other than what I have provided, the law will definitely do the rest. And as far as me needing my taxes done AFRICAN AMERICAN TAX AND ACCOUNTING LLC, will be the last place I ever look or refer someone to because its obvious this has been done to several other tax payers TAX PAYERS BEWARE!!!!!
