I believe this company wants to produce "museum quality" work but falls way shortThey are nice, I personally tried to resolve my issue and they did seem to want to satisfy me but in the end, I just don't think they have what it takesI paid $for two prints with plastic frames and one of the prints has so much cut off that event the artist signature is not visible and it looks oddThey are not interested in fixing it but offered that I could purchase a better frame and they would ship it at my own expenseIf the lightweight plastic frame is about $I don't think I can afford a better one from this companyIf you are going to spend the money maybe best to go to a gallery or buy a print and have it framed locallyThey have an online tool so you can select your art and frame and see a visual of the finished product which is not accurate and not a representation of what you will receive
