They don't communicate with you after your purchase and no merchandise shipped or a refund attempted. Dallas ain't that far. I'll give it another week and then I'm going to Dallas and get something!

These guys are a scam! Never received my order. Have tried multiple forms of contact. They will not respond at all. They are thieves 100%

Item purchased on 18 Nov 2019. Dec 3rd was told Item not in stock. Canceled 9 Dec. Refund nor communication from vendor.
Before I purchase the item, I asked "Will they be in my possession in time for a Christmas present?" to which I was told "Yes'. I was then told that the item was on hand and ready to be shipped upon purchase. On Nov 18, 2019, I purchased the item. 26 Nov I started requesting status to no avail, no one would answer my calls nor emails. 2 Dec, I emailed again, however, continued to call almost daily. On 3 Dec, I finally got through and spoke with a "Ray". I was then told that the item was not only not-on-stock, but on backorder and date of release was unknown. This was not afforded to me when I purchase the item. During the conversation, I immediately requested cancelation of the item. However, it took until the 9th of Dec to receive an email stating: ORDER CANCELLED; ISSUE REFUND PLEASE. On 16th Dec I received and email: REFUND PROCESSED AND BATCHED OUT. However, no refund was ever received. I again tried multiple calls and emails to no avail, just getting their answering machine to which I left multiple messages stating that I have not yet received my refunds. On the 15th Jan 2020, I received an email asking: ARE YOU SURE???. To which I immediately replied that I have not received any refund. No commo returned from vendor until 22 Jan 2020 when I received an email stating: SORRY, MY NEW EMPLOYEE MADE A MISTAKE WITH YOUR ORDER. DO YOU STILL WANT IT?. In a returned email, I answered that all I want is my refund back. To this day, I have not received my refund and the organization refuses to pick up the phone or answer emails. This refund order has been over 63 days that the refund was promised. Numbers called: *** I have all emails available on demand for review. I will also be sending the vendor a certified letter requesting my refund.

I paid for an item in Feb 2018 and I have not received the item, nor any communication as to when or if I will ever receive my merchandise.
I paid for "Angel at Rest" from African Imports USA order # 5429, on February 11,2018. I don't know the exact amount, but it was approximately $236.00, including shipping. I have reached out to them on numerous occasions, including June 2018, August 2018, September 2018, November 2018, at which point they notified me that the item had been finally received. I was informed that the item would be mailed in the order received. I placed my order as soon as the item was announced and was one of the first to order. To date, I have still not received my merchandise. It will be a year next week that they have had my money and I still don't have my product. The refuse to take my calls or answer my emails, so I don't know what else to do.

Just a terrible mediocre business. Poor respomsiveness, unreliable, dishonesty with customers. Is there a limit how long these scammers can defraud the public?

Procrastination of Paying refund
On December 11 I secured an order from african imports usa with a total value of $ 133.56 then I discovered accidentally that I am in the wrong site as the site I want to buy from is africa import usa , so I immediately contact the customer service and told them through email to cancel my order and send me the refund and after three or four days I received the answer from them that they have canceled my order and the refund in process and until now I did not receive any thing and the strange thing is that these people are ignoring my email and massages and I am in daily biases sending a reminder hoping these people will at least give me a clear of their plan weather they'll return my money or not
