Review: Ordered a "trial" of African Mango Prime for $5.95 NOT realizing that I had to response within 14 days if I wanted to cancel. Before I realized I had been charged, they had charged 79.95 to my credit card account. The first charge was for my trial and by that time, they had already processed a second charge for a shipment that was on its way to my house! I contacted them to stop all future shipments and charges. They would do nothing about the first charge and refunded me 70% of the second charge.Desired Settlement: They indicate that their process is in the terms and conditions on their website, which it is; however I would like the organization to have a greater level of responsibility of disclosure. The paper that came with the product said N/A for shipping and tax although, after the fact, they indicated that the $5.95 was for the shipping.I would like companies like these to have to operate with greater transparency regarding their billing and pricing practices.there is nothing on the shipping paper
