My name is [redacted] , am the owner of the shop I was there on that Saturday the 8/26/I was the one that guarded [redacted] to the shop When she came in before her hair got started , she was asked how she heard about us and she said that she saw a lady with the same style of hair she wanted and asked her where she got her hair did She said that the lady told her that it was us She brought out her phone and show the picture and [redacted] who did the hair said yes she did it However, she said that before coming to us , she first went to another shop and when they did her hair she did not like it and asked them to take it down and got her money back She did not wait after days to demand her money back Her hair was started and after braids [redacted] stopped and asked her to look at it and say if she likes it She looked at it and said yes she likes it that she should continue [redacted] went on to finish her hair and asked her again as we usually do She looked at is and said yes she like it She was very happy when she left the shop I was surprised when she called after days to say that she don't like the hair and want her money back She was told that we can't give her money back , but to make her happy and been fair to us we will give her discount on her next hair The fact is that if truly she did not like the hair as she claims why leave the Shop and after days to complain? She should have done the same way she did in the first shop Hair braiding takes a lot on time and hard Giving her back the money won't be fair to us at all

I went in on 8/26/and got my hair done My hair was wet when it was done She told me she put gel on it and brushed it up right I looked at my hair on 8/and felt like the job could've been neater I called on 8/and I asked if she could take the hair down and redo my braids She said she asked if I was satisfied on Saturday I told her that the braids look fine but the parts are not neat and it should be redone I paid $for braids and the parts are not evenShe told me she couldn't redo my hair and she would give me a discount on a future visit I told her that's not acceptable

I came in for braids on my birthday, August 19, at 1:30, and it took nearly hoursI paid $A couple of days later I noticed how bad the braids lookOther people told me the same thingI called August 23rd asking to have it redone and you told me to come right over. I left my job early, but when I arrived at 2:you were closed
