African Queen Hair Braiding

Ms [redacted] made an appointment on Sunday with African Queen hair braidingI own the business but I have girls working with me who all qualify and when u make an appointmentAnybody can do your unless u ask for a specific girl which she never mentioned I don't work on Sunday which I explained to her over the phone and by text message SUNDAY BY APPOINTMENT ONLY and she was okay with thatAfter we finished her hair, we asked her like we always do DO U LIKE YOUR HAIR? She said yes and I explained to her we guarantee the hair for weeks anything happens we can fix it and after that you need to pay for touch ups.A day later she called me and said she doesn't like her hair I asked her to come and she never showed up giving me an excuse until that Thursday and we fixed what she was complaining about and we asked her again, did she like it ? She said, ok but she doesn't know any thing about braids it is her first time Okay, a day later she said one came out and I asked her to come in so we can fix itShe said no she wanted her money back I explained to her, as part of our rules WE DON T GIVE MONEY BACK.See: attached text
